We will review your GST returns filed for the past few months to ascertain if there have been any problems with the information filed with IRD.
Should we find issues with these, we will recommend what action you should take to fix the issues NOW (rather than waiting and potentially incurring more penalties from IRD).
If we find anything that needs to be corrected, we will file Notices of Proposed Adjustments (NOPA'S) with IRD where necessary.

Reduction of penalties - should IRD complete a review or audit of your GST returns and they find that you have under-declared (and therefore under paid GST), they will charge you penalties and interest on the underpaid amount. If we file NOPA'S on your behalf the penalties will be substantially reduced.

Businesses where total sales and income or total purchases and expenses (per GST period) are between $20,001 and $50,000
| For each GST return reviewed | $400 plus GST |
| For each NOPA that is required to be filed | $125 plus GST |
Businesses where total sales and income or total purchases and expenses (per GST period) are in excess of $50,000
| For each GST return reviewed | $550 plus GST |
| For each NOPA that is required to be filed | $150 plus GST |
OUR TERMS OF TRADE FOR THIS GST SERVICE
- Payment direct into our bank account within 10 days of the receipt of our fee invoice
- Payment by cheque within 10 days of receipt of our invoice
- FeeSmart - when our total fee invoice is in excess of $1,000, this allows you to spread the payment over 6 or 12 months. For invoices between $500 and $999, you can spread the payments over 6 months. Interest and a small administration fee is charged
- Payment on acceptance of the proposal - i.e. before the work is started. If you accept this alternative, we will give you a discount of 5% off the total fee.
